Our good friend Carlos Fernandez came in from Knoxville, TN today and recorded percussion on several of the tracks. Carlos is a brilliant musician and is one of the hardest working and dedicated musicians on the planet. Many Blessings to you Carlos.

Duncan Wickel recorded more violin for two songs. He's only 17, but has extreme command over his instrument. He has a great career ahead of him. We wish him all the success in the world.

April 3, 2007

I finished composing and multitracking for "Baba Nam Kevalam" this week. We had many devotees from the Ananda Marga Yoga Foundation come and record the final choral parts for the song. It came out great! Here is a photo of everyone signing the mantram.

I have been in the studio lately working on "For Today." Chris Rosser has recorded a brilliant dotar track for Omnamah Shiviah. I get to start on my favorite song soon "My True Self."

Our good freind Tom passed away in October 2006. Tom played horn in our band and was our dear freind. He plays horn on "It Comes From Me." I am so fortunate to have recorded his part back in 2005.  We miss him everyday.
